Order / Cancellation

Cancellation / Changes


Although we will try our best to assist you with cancellation and changes with the order, our ability to do so comes down to be very limited once it is all prepped and ready to head its way. So please make sure to contact us as soon as you can if you need to cancel or make changes to the order. For the request, please contact us at BricksBuilder@BricksRequest.com




How long will it take to place an order?


In case of the products of provided by BricksRequest.com, the order will be shipped within 24 hours of the weekday.
However, if the custom order, you should give the images of the desired ones together with the internet search results to shorten the time for order production.
Unless special parts are required, production usually takes less than 28 hours. Once production is complete, we will contact you by email at the time of ordering and will contact you once delivery begins.




How long will delivery take?


Delivery will be by USPS normally. The delivery time is determined by the US Postal Service and can be viewed by the USPS (https://www.usps.com).
If the delivery distance is far, it may be delayed, like Military units, Hawaii, Alaska, etc. and shipping may take a little longer when orders from outside the US, In special cases, we deliver to other FEDEX, UPS, etc. When you start delivering, we will let you know the shipping inquiry.
